Chapter 1. General

Article 1 (Purpose)

• The purpose of this terms of service is to provide for rights, obligations, responsibilities and other matters necessary of this sit and users regarding the use of all services provided by Junggomall run by Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) (hereinafter referred to as ‘this site’).

Article 2 (Effects and Changes of Terms)

1. 1. This terms of service shall be effective from the date specified in supplementary provisions that is notified by posting the effective date on this site or via e-mail.
2. 2. The service shall be provided to users on the condition that a user accessing this site agrees to the terms of service.
3. 3. If this site revises this terms of service, the effective date and reasons for revisions shall be notified and posted on the initial page of the site together with the current terms of use from the 7 days before the effective date for revised terms of service to the date of application or notified to members via e-mail.
4. 4. If a member does not agree with revised terms of service, he/she can withdraw (cancel) the sign-up and if the members do not express any rejection after 7 days from the effective date of revised terms of service, it is regarded that the member agrees to the revised terms of service.
5. 5. This site shall not be responsible for the damage of members caused by not recognizing the information on revised terms of service.

Article 3 (Rules Other than Terms of Service)

1. 1. The matters not specified in this terms of service shall be governed by laws and regulations including the Telecommunications Basic Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Rules on the Deliberation of Information and Communications Ethics, Code of Ethics for Information and Communications, Program Protection Act and others.

Article 4 (Definitions)

1. 1. The terms shall be defined as follows for the purpose of this terms of service.
   1. 1. Users: Those who receive service provided by this site according to this terms of service.
   2. 2. Sign-in : It is the act of entering information required by the application form provided by this site and agreeing the terms of service to complete the service use contract.
   3. 3. Members: Those who signed up for this site by providing personal information so who are able to use the service provided by this site.
   4. 4. PW : It is the combination of characters and numbers selected by users for password and matching the user and member ID.
   5. 5. Withdrawal: Act of terminating the contract on use of service by members

Chapter 2. Provision and Use of Service

Article 5 (Establishment of the Contract on Use)

1. 1. This contract on use of service is established after an applicant completes the sign-up process by providing consent to the terms of service on this site online.
2. 2. This site may not approve or cancel the application for sign-up for one of the following contract on use.
   • 1. If application is made under other person’s name
   • 2. If false information given on the application form is given on the application form for th use of service
   • 3. If the application is made for the purpose of damaging the social order or moral
   • 4. If one conducts act that disrupts the use of service by others on this site or steals the information
   • 5. Upon conducting act using this site that is not allowed by applicable laws and this terms of service
   • 6. If the requirements for sign-up defined by this site are not met
3. 3. This site may delay the approval for sign-up until the cause of delay is removed for one of the following cases
   • 1. If the capacity for service is not sufficient
   • 2. If there are technical errors

Article 6 (Consent to the User of Member Information)

1. 1. Personal information of the website user is protected by the Personal Information Protection Act.
2. 2. Personal information of the website user is used, handled, and protected as follows.
   • ① Use of personal information
     This site does not disclose or distribute the member's personal information collected in relation to service provision to a third party without the member's consent. However, this provision does not apply when there is a request from a state agency under the provisions of laws such as the Telecommunications Basic Act, when there is a criminal investigation purpose, when there is a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee, or when there is a request according to the procedures set forth in other related laws and information is provided by members by themselves.
   • ② Management of personal information
     You may modify/delete your personal information frequently in the personal information management menu to protect and manage the personal information.
   • ③ Protection of personal information
     Your personal information can be viewed/modified/deleted only by you, and it is managed entirely by your ID and password. Therefore, do not disclose your ID and password to others, and be sure to log out when work is finished.
3. 3. When a member applies for use in accordance with these terms of use, it is considered that he or she agrees to the collection and use of the member information described in the application form by the site.

Article 7 (Information Security for Users)

1. 1. From the moment an applicant for membership completes the service registration process on this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you enter, and you are responsible for all consequences of using your ID and password.
2. 2. Members are responsible for all management of their ID and password, and if they discover that their ID or password has been used illegally, they must immediately report it to the website. All responsibilities arising from not reporting lies with the members.
3. 3. The user must properly terminate the connection whenever the use of the site service is terminated, and the site will not be liable for damages or losses incurred as a result of third parties using information on members.
4. 4. If there is a change in the registered information, the member must immediately correct the member information with the changed information. The site is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not correcting the change.

Article 8 (Suspension of Service)

1. 1. In case where users conduct act in violation of this terms of service, this site may restrict or suspend the use of service at its discretion.

Article 9 (Use and Restriction of Service)

1. 1. This site shall initiate the service immediately after the approval for the application for the use of service is given.
2. 2. Service is available for 24 hours a day throughout the year. However, in case of the following cases, service may be restricted.
   • ① If backbone communications specified in the Telecommunications Business Act service provider stops telecommunications service
   • ② If there is other reasons for force majeure
   • ③ If restriction of service is required on this site for reasons such as system check

Article 10 (Copyrights of Postings)

1. 1. The rights to the content of postings posted by you belong to you.
2. 2. This site shall have the rights to edit and relocate the posted content without prior notice and may delete the postings without prior notice according to the principle of operation of bulletin board.
3. 3. Civil and criminal responsibilities arising from your postings infringing others’ copyrights shall be borne fully by you.

Article 11 (Postings by Members)

1. 1. This site may delete or partially limit the content posted or registered by users, if necessary if it determines that the capacity available for service is not enough.
2. 2. This site may delete the content without prior notice or take actions for membership withdrawal if the content of the service posted or registered by a member belongs to one of the following categories.
   • ① If the content slanders other members or the third party or damages the reputation of others
   • ② If the content violates public order and morals
   • ③ If the content is recognized to be linked with criminal act
   • ④ If the content is the infringement of rights such as copyrights of this site, copyrights of the third party or other’s rights
   • ⑤ If the content is posted for commercial purpose frequently
   • ⑥ If the postings are not suitable for the characteristics of this site
   • ⑦ If the content violates other applicable laws

Chapter 3. Duties and Responsibilities

Article 12 (Obligations of This Site)

1. 1. This site shall not disclose or distribute the personal information of members to others without the consent of the members. However, this provision does not apply if the information is requested by relevant state authorities according to applicable laws and regulations including laws related to telecommunications

   Article 13 (Obligations of Members)

3. 1. Information required to be provided upon sign-in process should be accurate. In addition, information about members should be kept updated to maintain accurate information. Members shall not let the third party use their own ID and PW.
4. 2. Members shall not engage in any activities for profit using the service without prior consent of this site.

Chapter 4. Others

Article 14 (Non-assignment)

1. 1. Members shall not transfer or give the rights on the use of the service or position under the service contract to others.

Article 15 (Compensation for Damages)

1. 1. This site shall not be responsible for any damages caused by reasons not attributable to this site.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)

1. 1. This site does not endorse, oppose or modify any opinion expressed by members of the third party. This site shall not be responsible for the gains or losses from information contained in the service of members in any case.
2. 2. This site shall not bear any responsibilities for property or financial transactions through the service among members or between members and the third party and it shall not be responsible for the benefits from using the service expected from members.
3. 3. This site shall not be responsible for content of the information and data posted in the service by members including reliability and accuracy of information.
4. 4. All items registered on the site belong to the member who registered the item, and all procedures related to the transaction of the item are
5. 5. 5. Both the seller and the buyer must proceed separately, and if a dispute arises during the transaction, the site is not involved in any way and is not responsible. This site only provides information for appraisal experts, and if a dispute arises during the appraisal process, this site is not involved and takes no responsibility.

Article 17 (Competent Court)

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to any disputes that arise regarding the use of service between this site and users and the lawsuits arising out of the disputes shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provisions

• (Effective Date ) This terms of service shall be effective from May 1, 2017.
